Love is an energy that can be likened to the rays that flow from the sun to warm us and bring life. Love, like the sun, is the holistic creative force of our solar system. The energy love and reiki radiates and heals when positive, loving, balanced, empowering and beautiful thoughts and images are held, created or received. You only have to be open to love to receive the its warmth. Love is always present and available to call on - to re-member/ integrate - every moment of our lives.

Plants are the perfect food of the Earth, designed to absorb, store and emanate great love, intelligence and healing power. In-season, local, organic, wild, whole plants ("sun-food" or "raw food") - fresh fruits, berries, herbs, vegetables, nuts and seeds eaten whole/ chopped/ blended/ juiced - especially from your own garden or orchard - will greatly support your ability to be present with and listen to your inner nature, your intuition and your heart, it will support your body/mind/emotions to tune into the pure & positive vibration of your Soul and inner Source or Self. These whole plant foods make it easier for your consciousness and awareness to align with who you really are. Letting go of all that slows you down or causes dis-ease allows your passions, your joys, your life inspiration, and your raison d'etre to flow.
Sunbathing and Nature therapy (being in or close to Nature; spending time in Nature away from the sounds, sights and smells of the artificial world) amplify and accelerate healing exponentially - especially in your own garden where you can cultivate your own space of loving creation and intentions.
